🌬️ Help Me Breathe

Take a moment. You don't need to do anything else right now.

Find a comfortable position. If it feels comfortable for you, relax your shoulders and let your hands rest.

Choose a breathing exercise below and follow along at your own pace. If a breathing exercise doesn't feel comfortable, stop and simply breathe normally.

🌬️ Box Breathing

Breathe around the box.

Inhale slowly for 4 seconds.
Hold gently for 4 seconds.
Exhale slowly for 4 seconds.
Hold gently for 4 seconds.

Repeat as many times as feels comfortable.

🌬️ 4–7–8 Breathing

Slow things down.

Inhale gently through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold your breath gently for 7 seconds.
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds.

Repeat if it feels comfortable.

You do not need to force or deepen your breath. If holding your breath feels uncomfortable, return to normal breathing.
