Direct Deposit

Direct deposit allows provider payments to be deposited electronically instead of being delivered by paper check.

The enrollment and update process depends on your provider type:

• Homecare Workers (HCWs) and Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) use the State of Oregon’s EFT enrollment process.

• Personal Support Workers (PSWs) use the direct-deposit process provided by Public Partnerships LLC (PPL).

Always use the current form linked from the official Oregon Home Care Workforce page. Direct-deposit forms may contain private banking information. Submit completed forms only according to the official instructions—never send banking information to My Homecare Companion.

On the official page, scroll to Guidance and Tools → Forms and Guides → Forms. Select either “HCW and PCA request for direct deposit” or “PSW request for direct deposit.”

To change or cancel direct deposit, use the current form or contact the payroll organization responsible for your provider type. Continue reviewing your payment records after making a change because processing is not immediate.
