A quick guide to where your Oregon homecare training records and certificates are stored.
Your training records are stored in the system where you completed the training.
• PACE stores your OHCC training records, including Professional Development Certification (PDC) certificates and certification progress.
• Carewell Learning Portal stores certificates for New Provider Training and Continuing Education.
Create your PACE account and submit your Provider ID for activation before viewing your OHCC training records.
Use PACE to view or print certificates you've earned for OHCC training, including Professional Development Certification (PDC) courses.
Select View Your Certificates.
Browse your completed certificates.
Select Print Certificate for the certificate you need.
Want to know how close you are to earning or renewing your Professional Development Certification?
Select the Certifications tab.
Locate Professional Development.
Review your progress for:
Core Courses
Safety Courses
Electives
CPR/First Aid
Select Details to see additional information.
Use the Carewell Learning Portal to view or download certificates for New Provider Training and Continuing Education.
Select My Courses.
Click the completed course you want a certificate for (for example, Continuing Education or New Provider Training).
Complete any remaining required sections if the course is not yet finished.
When the course shows 100% Completed, select the Certificate link on the right side of the page.
Download or print your Certificate of Completion.
